CONSULTING
"The LEAD (Nestlé's in-house agency) did amazing work and should be tremendously proud of what Jonathan and his team accomplished over the years. His leadership was foundational in that. To do so with such great work and results is a great accomplishment. I have no doubt that Jonathan will go on to do great things, and look forward to hearing of his success."
Starting my career in Los Angeles, I studied visual arts at USC and went on to spend 15 years crafting film, television, and commercial projects for major studios and renowned brands. In 2018, I joined the in-house agency of a global Fortune 100 company, where in the span of four years we doubled the team size, expanded capabilities, and partnered with agencies of record to deliver campaigns for the world’s top food and beverage brands.
Elevated to Executive Creative Director and Head of Production, I led my team in developing and executing award-winning campaigns, designing efficient pricing models, and delivering tens of thousands of assets. These efforts saved the company millions while consistently surpassing industry standards.
In 2024, organizational changes led to the team’s dissolution, but my tenure provided invaluable lessons in building and optimizing in-house creative teams. Befriending and imparting expertise with industry giants like Coke, Progressive, Rocket Mortgage, AB InBev, and Inspire Brands (among others), I honed strategies for scaling success. Now, I am eager to share this expertise, offering tailored solutions to help organizations achieve creative and operational excellence.
